in response to marixa... There is an Organisation Called SHELTER. They can provide you with emergency Accomodation and have free legal advisers. Get intouch with your local SHELTER asap. CAB also may be able to help by giving you phone numbers of other organisations. I would like to know why A lady in your medical condition has been badly neglected in the system. I pray you get a home and help.

in response to alicat1969... we left our lovely council house to be safe from a 10yr long of being stalked by a ex from 10 yrs ago. He is under the Mental health team. I was risk assessed and came up very high risk through a organisation called SUNFLOWER. So we swapped to live in somerset england. I had to leave my elderly parents to be safe from this mad man. As from the above statement. This is what we moved into. Please give me advice. I am so scared.

we have just done an housing exchange to 144 miles away from our old home. Only to find when we arrived without ever recieving a inspection report, the house is unhabitable. Damp, Broken window handles disgusting grime and no door in front room. Neighbours get drunk right outside the house and swear loudly and my kids are terrifield. My daughter has a rash i have asthma and my 3 year old fell out of a unsure window. so we have just checked in to a premier inn. I havent signed any paprer work for this house until monday. Which we will not sign. What will happen to all of out belongings? I paid removals 800 pounds friday. We are all in tears and i am trying to hold it all together. What are my rights?
